A&T Announces 2023 Schedule

Bears will host four home meets in the spring

WACO, Texas – The seven-time reigning NCATA National Champion Baylor acrobatics & tumbling program announced its 2023 schedule, released Tuesday.
 
The Bears will host four meets in the Ferrell Center and will travel for three away meets in the spring.
 
THE RUNDOWN
To kick off the season and the home slate, BU will host West Liberty on Feb. 5 for a Sunday matchup. Baylor will head on the road for the second match, facing Trine on Saturday, Feb. 11.
 
The next home match will be Presbyterian College at home on Sunday, Feb. 19. Back on the road, BU will face foe Oregon on March 8 for a midweek matchup.
 
The Bears will host two-straight home matches, welcoming Quinnipiac on Saturday, March 25, and Oregon on Saturday, April 1, before closing out the regular season with a matchup at Hawaii Pacific on April 9.
 
West Liberty University was selected to host the 2023 NCATA National Championship, which will be held April 27-29 in West Liberty, W. Va.
 
HIGHLIGHTS
  • Head coach Felecia Mulkey is in her 9th year with the Bears.
  • BU has won seven-consecutive NCATA Championships under Mulkey.
  • Baylor will compete in seven meets overall – four home and three away.

Feb. 11 – Saturday – Away – Trine
Feb. 19 – Sunday – Home – Presbyterian
Mar. 8 – Wednesday – Away – Oregon
Mar. 25 – Saturday – Home – Quinnipiac
Apr. 1 – Saturday – Home – Oregon

Apr. 9 – Sunday – Away – Hawaii Pacific
Apr. 27-29 – Neutral – West Liberty
